On Sept. 8th, I placed an order and only had to the shipping which was minimal. However, I was charged twice for shipping that day. I called, no answer of course, called and called. I finally sent an email, they replied several days later, but never credited my account. Oh, I also NEVER received the item. Today I checked my account as I do everyday thankfully. a spritz of apple cider
vinegar. Your skin needs vitamins A and D to heal quickly—augment your produce regimen with lots of milk, and find a cool place to veg out. You can also try these sunburn home remedies.

Aside from the fact that they can help keep you warm, socks are really good for a lot of things, such as filtering water and suspending small objects off branches. Wearing socks when you’re in the wilderness will also keep you from getting blisters, which is likely to happen when you’re walking around and exploring the wilderness all day. Plus, these are pieces of warm clothing that are very easy to dry out in case they get wet. For maximum foot protection on the trails and in the wilderness, it’s worth the investment to own a pair of durable leather combat boots that are both comfortable and rugged. Just remember, this only works in the Northern Hemisphere; and during Daylight Savings Time you would use the 1 instead of the 12 to determine the center line. If you’re in the Southern Hemisphere, orient the 12 directly towards the sun, and the north/south line will still cut directly between the 12 and the hour hand, but north will be closest to the sun.

If you come across a fast-moving stream, it is better not to try crossing it. You may think that you can manage the flow of the current, but there is no accurate measure of the speed. You can be quickly swept away by a seemingly manageable current.

I have most of it ready to go except for some paragraph cleanup. Cut & paste from the original pdf, a little editing, a little Perl script for the tables, & viola. When complete I plan to send it to MD to do with what he wants. Perhaps a few of us can help turn it into a new improved & expanded edition.

If you’re a prepper, first aid books are a must-have, and general survival books are a very good idea.
